The Story

Absolute Certainty revolves around Andrew, a typical accountant with too much to do and not enough time to do it in. He is making a good living from his business but he doesn’t feel in control. Andrew meets up with graphic designer, Karen.  She is one of his clients and is preparing to enter the local Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.

Karen rehearses the presentation she is making to the Awards’ judges.  She reveals to Andrew the remarkable transformation that has occurred in her business since she started focusing on what her clients’ really wanted – absolute certainty.  Certainty of price, certainty of delivery and certainty of experience.

To meet her clients’ expectations Karen had to improve the systems she uses to manage her business.  Andrew recognises that these systems apply equally well to his accountancy firm.  He then goes on a journey of discovery as he applies these powerful ideas in his practice and with his clients.
